Michael Lebeda began his entrepreneurial career at age 21 when he launched his first software company in 1979 which he later expanded into the US. Michael has more than 26 years of software development and start-up experience. Before founding ADOS Corporation, Michael was cofounder of Teamworks Consulting & Engineering, a high tech consulting firm. He sold Teamworks in 1999 to work on his next vision, ADOS Corporation. Early on, Michael anticipated document management needs and how vital a robust, scalable document management software solution was to integrate enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM), business process management (BPM) and legacy systems. In less than five years, ADOS has expanded from European based company into a worldwide corporation. Michael can often be found speaking on panels and giving lectures on a variety of document technology issues.

Dr. Stephan Barth has over 10 years of experience in document management software development and has played a major role in the company’s development since its beginnings. Stephan is responsible for the overall development and implementation of ADOS document management software including support and integration with Oracle, Gupta, SQL, SAP, Microsoft products, storage systems, etc. Stephan comes to us from Teamworks, were he started out as a developer, then earned his title of CTO. Stephan was primarily responsible for design, development and integration of document management solutions. Stephan graduated from the Vienna University of Technology in 1994 with a degree in Computer Science, followed by his Doctorate in 1997.

Katherine Noto Collins brings over 15 years of marketing and sales experience to ADOS. Katherine is responsible for all ADOS marketing initiatives worldwide. Before joining ADOS, she served as Marketing Director of One Touch Home Audio & Video. Previously, Katherine was Director of Marketing for Quicknet Technologies Inc., a global provider of voice-over IP (VoIP) hardware, and CUworld.com, a leading edge world wide video chat web service, where she was responsible for setting strategic direction, brand awareness and customer care programs. Prior to Quicknet & CUworld, Katherine held advertising sales positions for high tech web sites and magazines, including PC World magazine. Katherine is currently advancing her studies by pursuing her MBA in Marketing.
